Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a famous American actress and singer. She is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native, born and raised by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish and Scottish (father). Kristen's passion for acting was recognized at an early age. Her audition was in 1992, and was then offered the role of Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 when her mother signed to become an agent was cast on TV and newspaper advertisements. She is now also taking private acting lessons. Bell was as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 as an uncredited actor. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music as well as drama. The school's show of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell was then transferred to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. Bell left the university in 2001 to take on the role of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also when Bell's debut appearance was in a movie that had been credited, Pootie Tang (2002). Unfortunately her scene is cut off and the credits only depict her. Bell appeared on Broadway for the first time in The Crucible, a revival with Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
